You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID) before any withdrawal can be processed. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 52jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 52jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 52jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 52jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 52jl is required to verify the identity of all account holders in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit all requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by 52jl. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs for KYC include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. All documents must be valid and unexpired.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 52jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine-compliant payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. 4.2 Currency. All transactions on the 52jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 52jl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 52jl reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 One Bonus Per Household. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. 52jl reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 52jl Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in 52jl's server logs shall be final and binding.

11.1 Platform Availability. 52jl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 52jl reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 52jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Cap on Liability. In no event shall 52jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 52jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Gambling Losses. 52jl is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by you through your use of the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

13.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 52jl's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
13.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 52jl.
52jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 52jl will provide notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
